Nicole's immersion - Apple caviar

On the 3 of July Nicole's immersion group made apple caviar. We made the mixture and then left to sit overnight in the fridge and then the next day we got it out of the fridge and we made the apple caviar. 
When you were making the apple caviar you had to be in a group of two or three, my group was me Jorja and Indi My thoughts were that the apple caviar was disgusting it was really  for this were that it was very fun to make but when you had to make to make the spheres to actually make them a sphere shape.
